- add condition to use tm points when learning cards
- add skill hover info
- expand skill window with tabs 1st, 2nd, 3rd, special, enlightenment
- fix new skill card usablility map
- update skill window upon learning a skill through a card
- handle sorting for out of bound skills
- create an online container for for skill levels and change calculation of tm = (tmLevel - sum(skillLevels))
- replace skillshortcut interface to the new window
